The Schüco FW 60+.SI mullion transom façade achieves the current climate targets – passive house-certifie Today the Schüco Façade FW 60+.SI sets the thermal insulation standard for mullion transom façades. Even when using materials offering maximum thermal insulation, there is unrestricted design freedom as well as simple and efficient fabrication.

The new Schüco Façade AOC 75 system variation allows for an add-on construction to be used on steel or timber, even on substructures larger than 60 mm. The new range of gaskets allow for large ventilation cross sections in particular in the roof area. The isolator system uses an additional butyl seal here to ensure a particularly high degree of safety. Vertically, Schüco Façade AOC 75 can be used flexibly with the isolator system familiar from Schüco AOC 50 and Schüco AOC 60 to .HI and .SI standard.

Façade FWS 60 CV

The Schüco Façade FWS 60 CV (Concealed Vent) system harmoniously combines slimline face widths with a high degree of functionality and optimum thermal insulation. With a face width of just 60 mm, opening units and fixed lights are indistinguishable from the outside. On the flush, closed inside, only a slender shadow gap and the window handle betray the presence of the window vents.
